Returns
You have a 30-day return policy after receipt. Register your return via the contact form and then return the product within 14 days, unused and complete in its original packaging.

You are responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. We recommend that you package your order securely and keep your proof of shipment so that your return arrives safely and you always have proof of postage.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price including standard shipping costs within 7 days via your original payment method.

We ship within the Netherlands, Belgium and other EU countries.
Orders over €25 are shipped free within the EU. Below this amount, shipping costs are automatically displayed at checkout.
